Residents of Gonzales County are currently facing restricted access to several important online resources. According to Gonzales County News, attempts to access the county's juvenile probation, adult probation, and veterans' services pages are met with a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" message. This issue is preventing the community from obtaining potentially crucial information and services.

In other developments, the Gonzales County Emergency Management Office continues to provide essential services to the community. Located at 1811 Water Street, the office is operational Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Residents are encouraged to follow the office's Facebook page for updates on severe weather, wildfires, and public health threats. For 9-1-1 addressing, the office directs residents to the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission.

The Gonzales County Commissioners Court remains active, meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the Gonzales County Courthouse. These meetings are open to the public and streamed live on Facebook, ensuring transparency and accessibility. Meeting agendas are prepared by the County Judge's office and filed with the County Clerk, with minutes available for public access.

The Commissioners Court is comprised of County Judge Patrick C. Davis and four County Commissioners: Anton "Tony" Matias for Precinct 1, Donnie R. Brzozowski for Precinct 2, Roy Staton for Precinct 3, and Collie Boatright for Precinct 4. Each commissioner can be contacted via phone or email for constituent concerns.

While access to some online resources remains restricted, Gonzales County continues to provide critical services and maintain open communication with its residents through its emergency management and governance structures.
